AIA Build Pittsburgh

Build Pittsburgh, AIA Pittsburgh’s annual continuing education conference brings together a community of architects and built industry professionals to engage in institutional learning and networking. This event is scheduled for Friday, May 16th at the Carpenter’s Training Center, 652 Ridge Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15205. We’re proud to participate as a Lunch & Learn Sponsor and will also have an exhibit table, so stop on by to say hello!

Our Lunch & Learn is entitled “Detailing Continuity in Building Enclosure Systems” and is presented by Tim Fish of Huber Engineered Woods.
This course will explore how detailing continuity impacts the performance and durability of building enclosures. We will identify common areas where control layers can be disrupted and discuss practical solutions to maintain their integrity. Through examples and best practices, we will compare different system approaches and construction techniques that enhance moisture management, improve energy efficiency, and ensure code compliance.
1-LU/HSW Credit
No registration needed for this CEU, but you must be registered for Build Pittsburgh to attend. This CEU is presented during the lunch break.
