ASID Impact Event – October 3, 2024
Join us for an afternoon of informative Continuing Education Unit (CEU) presentations on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 2:00PM until 7:00PM. Register for one or all three presentations, then end the afternoon in the showroom for Happy Hour from 5-7 PM.
2:00PM – Transforming Residential Design Through Unique Applications of Interior Doors – Presented by Matt Cavaretta of TruStile Doors. – This course demonstrates the role interior doors can play in transforming residential interior design. AIA/IDCEC – 1 LU/HSW Credit
3:00PM – Pigment to Perception, Ensuring You Get The Colour You Want – Presented by Tina LaLima of Farrow & Ball. This course will cover color foundations, color perception, making of a color and getting the color you want. IDCEC – 1 LU Credit
4:00PM – Why Options Matter: Using Customization in Hardware and Smart Lock Specification – Presented by Peggie Snedden of EMTEK – This course explains the benefits of door hardware personalization and smart lock integration for residential projects. AIA/IDCEC/NKBA/NARI – 1 LU Credit
5-7PM – Happy Hour – Finish off the afternoon with drinks and appetizers in Allegheny Millwork & Lumber’s Showroom.
