Mike Sanford

Mike joined Allegheny Millwork as the Controller in February 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in corporate accounting across diverse industries.  Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he pursued his academic journey at the University of South Florida, earning his degrees in accountancy.  With over 10 years of professional experience, Mike is dedicated to enhancing efficiency, and upholding strong business ethics and controls within the company.  He collaborates closely with General Manager Robb Ciotti and the entire leadership team, applying his keen attention to detail to drive operational excellence.  His expertise in both publicly traded and private sectors equips him to navigate the complexities of financial management adeptly.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mike is a devoted Pittsburgh sports enthusiast.  He even named his dog Crosby after his favorite hockey player and Captain of the Pittsburgh Penguins.  Outside of work he enjoys golfing, boating, skiing, and treasures moments spent with his wife and son.  Mike’s leadership at Allegheny Millwork exemplifies a commitment to excellence and strategic financial management, positioning the company for continued growth and success in the future.
